Steamed fish is a delicious food steamed with fish, pepper, green onion, ginger, garlic, salt, sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce, frozen tofu, black fungus, steamed fish and soy sauce. It tastes delicious and the meat is fresh and smooth.

Put the steamed fish aside and pour soy sauce on it. Put more oil in the hot pot. After the oil is hot, put the ginger, garlic and chili powder into it and fry it with salt (put more salt back because the fish is not salted). After the color changes, pour the hot oil on the fish to get out of the pot.

Sauce Mix

  • 3 Tbsp. steamed fish Soy Sauce

  • 1/2 tsp. Premium Chicken Bouillon Powder

  • 1 tsp. sugar

  • 3 Tbsp. hot water

How to make it

Step1:

Put sectioned green onions under the fish and put ginger slices inside fish gills. Steam on high heat for 8-10 minutes.

Step2:

Put shredded green onions,chilli and Chinese parsley on steamed fish.

Step3:

Add steamed fish Soy Sauce, Chicken Bouillon Powder and sugar to hot water. Stir and mix well and set aside.
